Poonam Bajwa, who made her debut in Telugu with Modati Cinema has come a long way. The film performed reasonably well and she went on to work with Nagarjuna in Boss. She also acted in Veduka and directors took notice of her performances.In Tamil, she starred in Seval and Thenavettu; now she aims to strike a balance in Tollywod and Kollywood. She has just been signed up opposite Jiiva again for Kacheri, produced by Super Good Films and directed by debutant director Thiraivaanan. Poonam is hoping that her career improves with Kacheri, but she also does not want to let go of any offers from Tollywood. Word is that she has signed up for two more Telugu movies and is busy shuttling between Hyderabad and Chennai.
