After completing graduation in Computer Applications(BCA), she was not interested to get into the already replete software industry and instead wanted to get into the fitness world. Then she became a yoga instructer. Puri Jagannadh happened to see Anushka through another director and she got selected for Super.She started with a salary of 20 Lakhs for the movie super. These days she is billing about Rs 1 crore per movie.
